Could anyone tell me how to derive the Spectral Residual Approach Hit Rate and False Alarm Rate below?

Besides, what does it mean by four labelers ? I search "four labelers" and this is the only search result. And why does the black region indicates false alarm region ?

What's the connection of this question with OpenCV? Sorry, but this is not a debate forum on academical articles. Even so, it's impossible to understand an article from 3 paragraphs.

Re-read the article and try to understand it. Sometimes Chinese authors use "strange" English expressions (so that's why you don't get more results on Google).
