how to configure TLD with win7 ,opencv 3.0 and visual studio 2013 express

Hello to all , I saw this thread http://answers.opencv.org/question/52... , by copying the code gives me error in inclusion of the library #include and that's because I have not yet configured https://github.com/itseez/opencv_cont... cmake me error can anyone help?
