Generating Java bindings with VideoWriter

As has been reported a year ago the VideoWriter class isn't generated for Java bindings. That's a very long time for not being fixed. It doesn't seem to be fixed in OpenCV 2.4.8 and it isn't fixed in OpenCV 3.

How can I fix this myself for OpenCV 3 used in Windows 7 x64? Or is there some kind of "nightly build" which has that problem fixed?

It has been fixed on master branch (will be available in next 3.x release): https://github.com/Itseez/opencv/pull...

Release will be made in Q4 2015 - Q1 2016. There are no nightly builds in public access, it is recommended to build it yourself.

Could someone please explain how to build the master branch myself? Is there a specific method? Maybe a tutorial? I'm a java programmer and i'm not really used to c++ projects...
