Saving displayed image with CTRL+S [closed]

recently i have noticed that we can save images from highgui window by pressing CTRL+S ( Afaik it is only for windows platform ).

when CTRL+S pressed a save dialog appears and you can choose the format of image to save. ......

  • bmp is alway supported(same for sun/ras). that should be the first line, then you don't need any #else clauses, i guess.

may i create a pull request without creating an issue on code.opencv.org or better is the first step must be to create an issue first.

i don't think, making an issue first is mandatory. (though, usually it's a good idea, since, if something goes wrong, ppl will look for where it all started)
