connect opencsv with webcam, server, and android

I'm trying to start a smart home project. I will put in easy way. I have one linux server, one wireless camera, and one android tablet. How to make a script that can do this. For example (my name is mike). I put the camera on the ceiling in front of my door. When I open the door the camera will see me and the tablet will say: "how are you today mike?" But I want to put the script on my server. Is this something possible to do? If yes, What do I need? Thanks
