OpenCVLibrary2410 crashes on ARM Cortex-A9

I have been developing a facial recognition app for Android Jellybean and everything was going great until I tried to run the app on a Nexus 9 and another device running with a ARM Cortex-A9 chip. The app crashes whenever it starts.

I have seen some vague posts about building arm64-v8a version but I have not been able to it to build.

Has anyone else had similar issues?
