Is it possible to save last 10 seconds on openCV Android?

Hi I need to create activity on Android that starts recording immediately on start and keep a video length of <= 10 seconds. When the user is clicking on "Save last 10 seconds" button it'll literally save the video with the last 10 seconds.

I've managed to do that with Google's open source "grafika" project. but it can't record the sound as well... any idea?
