How to play mp3 or wav file? [closed]

I need to play wav or mp3 file when I detect circle on the screen. Finding circles is not a problem, I've done it. But how can I play wav or mp3 sound. Any ideas?

CV=Computer Vision, so no playing sound; but maybe you can find the answer on stackoverflow...
