You simply don't link to the mentioned library. I think that you should stay with OpenCV 2.* as 3.0 is not yet officially released and therefore all tutorials and questions here deal with 2.*. And please use a better question the next time. Your " Please help me to find out the solution ?" has nothing to do with the question. Also please post your code and error messages as text so that it can be copied either into an IDE to compile it or to google to search for the error message.
