stuck at installation level

after downloading and lunching opencv ver 2.4.10 a folder named opencv has created. after using cmd for "setx -m OPENCV_DIR D:\OpenCV\Build\x64\vc10" command line i got the Error: "Access to the registry path is denied"

what to do next?
