NEED HELP... Inserting Project Files in Visual Studio 2013 [closed]

Hey...

I am trying to build one project from the internet that requires Camera detection the author of the project had provided the Project files but he said that it need to be Compiled.

I already Downloaded OpenCV 2.4.9 and linked it to Visual Studio but i don't know where to put ALL these files.

PLZ do have a look at the files and guide me
