Create a database that contains the images of particular format through open cv?

I need to create a database containing the image is jpeg format and further i want to extract the features and perform similarity matching over it.But I am not able to create the database.So can anybody please help me out in creating the database using OPEN CV?

what exactly is your problem ? getting the content ? organizing it ?

all you usually need is a folder with images.
