Is OpenCV for android optimized by GPU or Neon on Exynos SoC

I ran face_detection sample in 2.4.7 release on different Android devices, and found face detection ran much faster on Nexus 10 (dual-core) than Nexus 5 (quad-core). Is the library in 2.4.7 release optimized by GPU or Neon for Samsung's devices? And where can I find the optimizations or build/compile options for OpenCV for Android 2.4.7 release? Really appreciate your help! Thank you

There are serious performance optimizations, including GPGPU for Tegra SoCs only. As I know the difference is cased by frame resolution add camera performance.
