could you please tell me how I can use the opencv files in turbo c++?
Dear Sir/Madam, I am saeid parsa a researcher from Iran. I have used C++ for a long time but I am a beginner to opencv. For several days I am trying to call the opencv library from c++ but I am getting the error saying that the routines can not be opened. Could you please let me know how to use the opencv routines in c++. I am also very found of translating the capability of opencv routines and other good capabilities in Persian language for our students if I may, please let me know if I have your permission to do so. with my best regards, saeid parsa

can't you get gcc or VS ?
