opencv_anntation.exe does not open image? [closed]

Hi All! I'm trying to start opencv_annotation from the Command Window, however i have a problem and i do not know how to solve it.... OpenCV version is 3.6.4 and OS is Win8.1

I'm trying to start the following row:

D:\Cascade Classifier\opencv\build\x64\vc15\bin>opencv_annotation --annotations=D:\Cascade Classifier\ann.txt --images=D:\Cascade Classifier\Ob111

The result is:

*mark rectangles with the left mouse button, *press 'c' to accept a selection, *press 'd' to delete the latest selection, *press 'n' to proceed with next image, *press 'esc' to stop.

And nothing else....Where is the mistake, im not able to notice it!!??
