Import cv2 not working

When I want to run python3 Object_detection picamera.py from the directory ~/tensorflow1/models/research/object_detection on the raspberry pi it gives me this error. Import error: /home/pi/tensorflow1/models/research/object_detection/cv2.so: undefined symbol: PyCObject_Type
