IMRead in ios vs Android vs Mac

I am using IMRead to form Mat from an image in iOS, Android and Mac OS as well. Running kmeans to detect the dominant colors.

Would it be possible Mac reads the image as RGB while iOS reads the image into a BGR channel. Since the final output is different for the same function.
