how do I get live cctv footage in python [closed]

I am working on a project where I need live CCTV footage in python for further processing. It is a real time system. Even if video processing is not possible I require frames every 0.2 sec

we cannot help you here. cctv usually comes with proprietary hard/software, there is no way to interface it frrom opencv (and general chances to do that from python are low)
