error during debug as opencv_core220.dll missing [closed]

i had included the lib folder in the path and also added additional dependencies of all .dll . it actually contain opencv_core22.dll even then i am not able to debug.

no, the bin folder (containing the dlls) has to go on the PATH.

and please NO, don't use any code or project, that requires opencv2.2 ( which is 6 years old)
