best method to track ping pong balls and 3 drones? [closed]

hey, for a project I make I need a code that track on live video after that 4 object, we wanted to do that with 3 web cams (I know we need only two but for better results), we will also need the drones orientation we have the freedom to adjust the backround color. do you think an i5 basic leptop has the power to manage it live?
