OpenCV3.4.3, What should the environment variable path be if I have Visual Studio 2017 installed?

I have Visual Studio 2017 installed, the documents mention Studio 2015 as the latest. Do I have to install 2015 to get this to work?

to put it simply: the path to the folder containing the opencv dll's.
