Xioami Mi A2 Lite problems to install OpenCV Manager

Hi guys,

I've got a Xiaomi Mi A1 Lite 4GB RAM 32GB ROM Global Version (Android 8.1), and when I try to install Opencv manager on PlayStore it is a empty page and I can not install it.

Please help, how can I do install it or if it is a work around for this escenario.
