The program can't start because opencv_core2412d.dll is missing from your computer. How can i solvethis error?

'The program can't start because opencv_core2412d.dll is missing from your computer'. I got this error, but the opencv_core2412d.dll is already in bin folder in my system and i have pasted all of these .dll files in debug and .lib files in the release section.

I'm using Visual studio 2010 and Opencv 2.4.12

Enviornment Variable (Path)

User Vaiable: OPENCV_DIR - C:\opencv\build\x64\vc11\bin

Use dependency walker (or similar) to check dll dependency of your exe file
