there is no member vector in namespace cv
i wanna run a program , and install the opencv , and failed to run the program .I add the opencv build include and opencv include x64 v14 lib to the path ,some errors like there are no vectors in namespace cv member and some dll ,lib not found .i dont know how to solve it .please help me
