How can i read alpha numeric Register no from multiple Identity card from android app using video mode [closed]

Hi ,

I'm having my college id card like the following image. image description

I need to capture the register no of at least 6 identities cards to avoid queue in my college library using an android app.

Please help me how can I solve this.
