detecting pimple/acne/mole in a face [closed]

Hi, I'd like to ask a question (which is very fundamental) to realize what I think with Open CV. I want to detect my pimple,acne,mole in my face and want them to be distinguished depending on their sizes. Does anyone know a little bit of information that I can make use of for this work?

If you know, please kindly give me an advice. :)
