What's new in opencv 3.4.1 [closed]

I've 3.4.0 installed and I discovered that there"s a new version released. I want to know what is new in this version comparing to the one I've installed and generally speaking how can I know what is new in every new released version?

Sorry! I hit Ask Your Question button and it didn't work at first and at second time.. and after a couple of tries it worked and I wasn't seeing that the questions were published. Thanks! that what I was looking for, very useful.

don't feel sorry, again most likely not your fault.

did you see anything about being in a "moderation queue" ? (again, any hints might be useful to avoid this problem in the future !)

I didn't notice anything really.. I do have a good internet connection so I don't think that the issue.. The only thing is that the little circle think in the tab in my browser went around and around for couple of second while I was hitting the button "Ask Your Question".
