OpenCV crashed with QT 5.10 and Visual 2017

I have installed a minimal software in QT 5.10 with Visual 2017 64 bits, but it crash at starting.

Please can you give error message? Do you mix debug and release libs?

App.exe exited with code 255. The process was ended forcefully. App.exe crashed
