May i confirm if i can use the OpenCV without any OS at the back? I want to do some image recognition application with a while main loop on the MCU

I tried to googled, but i am bit confused as someone say yes, but someone say no.

So, do you have any recommendation ? As actually i dont need all functions of OpenCV, but only the character recognition part.

A sort of Plate Number Recognition ...from a CMOS camera

I suggestion you to attempt Windows IoT

There is one things to do w/out OS. Use GLCD(0.96 or greater, 3.5" or 7") and can be used both linux and windows IoT.

Correct me if i am not correct.. GLCD is only for the display part, but cannot make the recognition part..?
