Is this error caused by OpenCV? or Boost ? [closed]

Hello! I would like to ask question to you. I ased about this question in another site in "http://stackoverflow.com/questions/41475862/boost-interprocess-shared-memory-allocator-behavier-is-inscrutable." and I don't get it that is opencv's causing or Boost interprocess. So I would like to ask this question to you as OpenCV specialist, and If You have encountered this error ever, Please teach me a way to getting rid of this error.

btw, opencv is not threadsafe by design
