you can build using https://github.com/opencv/opencv/tree... May be you can try download this https://sourceforge.net/projects/open... too

thank but i tried with same files of v249 but did not run and I dont understand where are in github...

you're not the 1st person with this problem, sadly the only answer is:

get opencv src via git (not a zip, since you need version info)
git checkout 2.4.8
build from src (using cmake).
