I have installed OpenCV for Python applications in Windows. I am able to access OpenCV only from Administrator login. But not from USERS login. Request your help to access OpenCV from users login.

I am using anaconda/spyder for developing my programs

i don't think, this is an opencv specific problem. (we also cannot help you with any anaconda/spyder related problems)
